Omniconverse was founded by Nkululeko Cele, after five years of working with digital marketing agencies and helping businesses strengthen their online presence.

Nkululeko noticed a recurring challenge while working in a customer-facing role at an agency that had Build it as an account. Customers often struggled to find credible, trustworthy contractors for their projects.

This highlighted a gap between skilled local contractors who needed more visibility and customers who wanted to find reliable professionals they could trust.

Recognising an opportunity to bridge this gap, Nkululeko founded Omniconverse to help contractors and local service businesses establish a credible online presence, get discovered by potential customers and build trust through professional websites and digital marketing solutions.

Today, Omniconverse focuses on making these tools more accessible and affordable for South African businesses.
